Rosalie is an elegant National Historic Landmark, which was originally built between the years 1820 and 1822. The Federal-style mansion overlooks the Mississippi River and features the Bicentennial Garden. Tours are available.
The St. Catherine Creek National Wildlife Refuge was established in 1990 and is located on the Mississippi River just South of Natchez. The refuge is comprised of 24,442 acres (9,890 ha) and is open to visitors, who are asked to asked to fill out daily use report cards.
Situated 10 mi (16 km) north of Natchez, this state park is home to Natchez Lake, where the largest bass in Mississippi history was caught, and offers boating, fishing, disc golf, an activity building and playground, camping and vacation cabins. Day use entry fee charged per vehicle.
